Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburs. Pours a pretty clear golden yellow appearance with a white head. The aroma has a really nice floral element to it. Some light fruit, grass, earth, and herbs in the nose as well. Clean fresh flavor that’s grassy with some straw and light lemon. Low sweetness and moderate low bitterness. Just a bit of spice in the background. Solid brew that I’ll have to pick up more often.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy golden orange color with a small foamy white head with decent retention, that reduces to a ring of lacing. Slight spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hop, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Good balance and solid robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied; with a smooth and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is okay. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a pretty solid Pilsener, obviously showing signs of age. Well balanced pale malt, earthy hop, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to drink despite lacking carbonation. It was still pretty enjoyable as it stood.

33cl Bottle from some Eko shop, thanks Manon! Clear golden colour, dense white head. Aroma of soft sweet malts, red apples, some grassy hops, all very muted. Flavour is medium sweet, soft sweeet malts again, light bready, some slightly annoying metallic flavour, grassy bitter finish. Light-bodied, oily mouthfeel. OK.

Bottle at Zoo Brew. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of straw and grain with a hint of grassy hops as well as a touch of sweet citrus. Flavor has grain and straw up front with light citrus and grass supporting.

Organic Bohemian-style Pilsener with loose and opening, but sticky head and pure golden blonde colour, clear. Clean pale malts, spicy hops, mint, honey, rose petals; soft malt sweetness in the mouth, medium carbo, clean and crisp without metallic tone, delicate herbal, almost mint-like hop bitterness in the finish. Refined and clean and therefore a very good Pilsener.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and yeast, with touches of malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and malt and touches of metal. Bitter, quite metallic finish. It would be a good beer without the unpleasant heavy metal.

Bottle as it was my only non rated beer in cheese store and no time to go elsewhere. Pours straw colored with big puffy head. Nose is grassy and lemon. Tastes similar of grass, lemons, bready, herbal, hint of cardboard. Light and crisp. Fine pils

Mild lemon nose. Hazy golden, thick head. Light malt, grassy finish, metallic throughout. Light body, soft carbonation. Solid pilsner, way better than the PBR I had to resort to last night.
