Bottle recommended by Simon at Cave a Bulles, shared with Terry, Urbain, Matt, Chris, craftycarl21 and oteyj at Farmer’s Cabinet. Cloudy golden amber color, small white head. Aroma of sour grapefruit, lemons, barnyard, raw sourdough bread. Taste starts softly sour citrus, then acetic acid comes in, but not overwhelming. This one exceeded all my expectations.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy amber color. The aroma is a bit smelly: sour Brett and cheese. Sourish flavor, breadish too. Strange. Not bad, but still unrefined: it can be better.

Medium offwhite head. Hazy brown body. Spicy caramelly vinegary aroma with barnyard notes. Smooth sharpish (no, really!) mouthfeel. Dry-acidic wooden vinuous wild berry aftertaste. Very nice. (0.75l bottle shared by KnutAlbert.)

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, caramel, malt, and wood. The flavor sweet with strong notes of wood, malt, caramel, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
