Bottled@Björntasting. Slightly hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is sour wood, some mild berries, herbs and mild acidic notes. Flavour is really dry wood, some lactic notes as well as mild floral and herbal notes to it. Very nicely dry sourness to it. Close to a proper lambic!

Bottled. Hazy pale amber, minimal head. Acetic nose with oak and red berries. Dry and really sour with vinegar, hay and notes of butter. Intense and vinegar, some strawberry jam and wood. Intense, tasty but that complex.

750ml bottle at Björn tasting. Thanks! Pours amber colored with a thin white head. Barnyard, earth, wood, dried apricots in aroma. Complex. Bit of vinegar. Flavor has strong woody notes, barnyard, green apples. This is hardcore stuff . Vinegar finish. Wow!

Bottle 750ml at Björns. Orange color, floating yeast, not much head. Cellary, gueze-like aroma. Medium-bodied. Real lambic wild yeasty, astrigent flavor. White wine, cellar, fruityness. Funky. Excellent. Like "real" geuze.

Draught at Trois 8, 4/24/15
Deep copper beer is fairly hazy with a small off-white head that fades quickly to cover.
Pungent nose shows white grape like acidity, honey mixed with vinegar and some strong cellar mustiness. There’s certainly acidity, but I’d say the mustiness dominates, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, except that it almost smells slightly oxidized. Anyhow, it’s certainly unique with the vinous, chardonnay-like note adding a very intriguing element. No flaws or alcohol noted.
Sweet and sour immediately swirl about on the palate. The body is a solid medium with strong malt structure comforting the palate and providing honey and light caramel. Grape-like acidity, some light cheesy funkiness and plentiful acetic acid produce a rather powerful, yet not aggressive or unbalanced flavor profile. Moderate carbonation with maybe a touch too much sweet/sour flavor building up on the finish, but otherwise very enjoyable and easily drinkable.
