Stretching the boundaries of pilsner. Nice light piney now and some definite hop character up front. A bit rounder to finish than I’d expected

Tap at Imazato. Called a hazy pils. Hazy, bright golden color with a low head. Bright citrus hop nose, soft malt. Sweet and fruity flavor, biscuit malt, citrus hops are big, lightly bitter finish. Decent stuff.

Nice! Got that sharp hoppiness thing. Pils element is hidden but it’s there. Tropical fruit and plastic (in a nice way).
