Botella 33 cl en Cimmeria 06.. 07..2017. Cortesía David... Lot T 35 hasta 06..2018. (r99). Color amarillento turbio con bastante espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos maltosos y cereales con toques ligeros dulces de plátanos dominando ligeros citricos y herbaceos bastante especiados. Recuerdos de cardamomo y coriandra. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber algo espumoso y cierta densidad. Buena suave y Refrescante. Normal.

hazy pale yellow colour, large, though not too stable white head; aroma and taste of coriander, lemonade with a huge amount of sugar and wheaty-bready notes; not bad, but I would like it uch more if it was a bit less sweet and more sourish-citrusy

Draught @ Rotterdam, Helsinki. Poured hazy deep yellow color with a thin white head. Sweet spicy, wheaty, coriander in aroma. Flavor has coriander, wheat, sweetness. Sweet finish. Ok witbier, sweetness borderline.

33 cl bottle at La Despensa Ecológica, Madrid. Pours hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma is coriander, lemon and porridge, quite nice. Mouth is light, soft but wide. In the end there’s no bitterness and a hint of corn flakes.

Troebel lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is fris zoetzuur, fruitig en licht hoppig. Wijkt wat af van standaard witbier, echter erg goed en verfrissend. Wat mij betreft geslaagd.

Cloudy yellow, creamy white head. Aroma of wheat, spice, yeast, fruit. A floral note. Fresh. Light to medium body. Soursweet taste with smooth fruitiness. Spicy finish. A nice sample of Wit.

Mild-smooth beer. Nice yeasty, fresh. Not too sweet. Nice lemon and coriander aroma under the layer. The beer is full-bodied, smooth and probably a hint too sweetish. Nice yeasty Witbier-aroma, fresh and natural. On the tongue stays a nice smooth yeastiness with fresh lemon and coriander aroma. Nice.

Cloudy straw. Lots of yeast, fresh bread, lemon, something funky, earthy. Later some creamy notes, almost butter. Medium mouth. Nice wit beer, like the yeastiness.

Regular witbier. Budels doesn’t seem to be capable to rise above mediocrity.
