The special yeast gives this organic wheat beer the beautiful characteristic turbidity. The coriander and citrus peels determine the pleasant fruity scent and the refined fresh taste.

Hazy yellow color, white frothy head with low retention. Yeasty wheat aroma, bit spicy, coriander, some citrus. Light sweet taste, with wheat and coriander and touch of citrus. Light body, thin feel, soft carbonation, light sour aftertaste, watery, good when you are thirsty, nice.

Bottled from Mitra, large sample. Cloudy yellow color, big white head, some big yeast debris (shouldnt have poured that). Aroma has lots of coriander, some citrus, bit spicy yeasty notes. Quite sweet, bit too much coriander actually, citrussy sour note. It is a bit too spicy from the yeast in flavor and a bit too much coriander in aroma for my liking. But it’s actually a very decent belgian white. Quite creamy texture, smooth and easy to drink.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy strong citrus aroma. Light bitter flavor with nice strong citrus notes. Average finish. Oily palate. A little old.

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra. Hazy Pale yellow with a white head. Yeasty lemon/orange aroma. A bit too sweet but I’m not really a fan of Belgian whites. As far as Belgian Whites go this is one of the better ones.

Bottle @ home. Nothing really special, just a decent witbier that’s likely to taste best on a terrace on a hot summer day. Hazy yellow color, citrussy smell, taste sweet and fruity, average carbo and body.

Decent witbier colour. Smells a bit spicy, which put me off a little bit. Mouthfeel makes up for it.
