The special yeast gives this organic wheat beer the beautiful characteristic turbidity. The coriander and citrus peels determine the pleasant fruity scent and the refined fresh taste.

Bottle @ my faculty. Cloudy citrus-yellow coloured, creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, sweet wheat. Flavour is sweet, citrus, wheat. Medium-bodied. A bit too sweet and not refreshing enough for a witbier.
