Pours a misty amber with thin white head, sweet aroma of... ripe mangoes. Taste sweet, honeyed exotic fruits... naturally mango coming through. Bit thin on the palate with a sugary aftertaste.

Hazy gold beer. Light crispy palate. Sweet mango, a true mango - not artificial if a little over sweet. Finishes crisp with a little carbonated bite. Satisfyingly crisp and sweet beer. Good beer for finishing off a session.

330ml bottle. Pours gold with a medium head. Aroma is fake mango and a bit sicky. Taste is sweet, some mango puree. It’s ok.

Sample. Golden colour with a small but fizzy head that quickly diminishes. Tropical fruit aroma. Flavour is sweet fruity and a final slightly sweet. Carbonation is lively. Body is light.

330ml bottle kindly shared by Finn. Bubbly, white head. Golden body with a slight haze. Bad aroma of ripe fruits. Dry mango and corn in flavour. Way to sweet, also for a soft drink. Drain pour (at Finns in Tromsø, 09.02.1012).

Flaske 0,33l kjøpt på Kilpishalli. Delt med Rune under seanse i heimen 9 Feb 12. Gyldenbrun. Litt skum. Forsiktig mangoaroma. Litt uklar. Fruktig smak. Mango også her. Lite som minner om øl. Blir attpåtil for søt til å fungere som tørsteslukker.

33cl bottle. Pours a lemon/gold colour with a good head. The nose has more of a peach/apricot thing going on than mango. The taste is again peach and apricot. The palate is light to medium in body and texture with a nice tangy finish. Overall, when it’s broken down it’s not such a bad effort.

Bottle in Amsterdam at an Ethiopian restaurant, served in a coconut shell with a lime. Clear, yellow pour with a bubbly, white head. Very sweet character overall, definite notes of mango. Not too artificial, thankfully. If you want a sweet, sweet fruit beer this isn’t too bad.

Not as gross as the Mongozo Banana, but still quite crud. This should be avoided at all costs.
