Not as gross as the Mongozo Banana, but still quite crud. This should be avoided at all costs.

Bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi, Helsinki July 2011. Slightly hazy orange with a small head. Very sweet with aroma and taste of mainly mango. Light body.

It’s a nice fruit beer. Definitly not their worst one. Easy to drink. It’s more like rootbeer than beer but still.. Why not, when it’s 30 degrees outside. There are better options but it’s drinkable. Colour sucks though!

Color and carbs aren’t that bad. You can taste mango but it’s kind of fake. Smell is really bad.

bouteille 33cl. Dorée présentant un léger trouble. Col blanc.

33cl Bottle at Eritrean restaurant Mogogo in The Hague. Served in a coconut shell, so no visual appearance but the white foam. Aroma is very very sweet, sugar, overripe but also sweetened mango, light malty. Flavour is supersweet, light malty, sugar, mango, just a hint of fruity sourness, sweet-light sour finish. Light bodied. Toothachingly sweet.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Unsurprisingly the aroma is completely dominated by sweetness and mango. The flavor is very sweet but also light acidic which does bring a bit of balance. 150111

Hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet mango aroma with a hint of spice. Way too much mango in that aroma. Sweet and overwhelming mango flavour with a touch of spicy yeast character. Too much for me, but at least the mango flavour is very real, nothing artificial about it.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of mangos and other fruits as well as a light malt note. The flavor is sweet with notes of both mangos and other fruits, leading to a lightly bitter finish, where the mango note lingers.
