Hapu, väga ploomine, lilleline, nats hapet ka, aga ei miskit hullu, puuviljane, ploomikivid, nõksa vesine. Väga hea.
Yesterday. Cool it sports very bright fruit character with balanced acidity and very cool fruit skin tannins. As it warms it opens up in to one of the best plum beers I’ve ever tried. Bursting with fruit and absolutely lovely!

750 ml bottle, bottled Feb 2020, shared by Sander, thanks! Orange, medium hazy body, with a medium, dissipating, fluffy, off-white head. Beautiful, smooth aroma of stone fruits, moderate plums, ripe grapes, some wood, some citrus, some red apple. Tastes similar, a bit more citric Medium, slickmouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, very fruity, a bit vinous, a bit citric, with ripe stone fruits. Beautiful! So well balanced and elegant, with complex, ripe fruit notes. Drinks a bit vinous, with just the right levels of sweetness, sourness and dryness. Outstanding, as always from Bokke. Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 9 / 17

Bokke Bonanza! Flaska från Bokke, 2019. Smådisig, gul-guldig med vit krona. Relativt snäll arom i förhållande till tidigare flaskor. Plommon ligger djupare ner. Mycket mineral, lite druvstjälk, plommon, aprikos, lite gula russin.
