With Cloud Theory, we plan to continually experiment with this style of beer and the hops that get added to it. Hops aren’t the only thing added to beer, yeast is too. With this batch we tried something with a different yeast which resulted in a beer that’s not so hazy. Still delicious and the nitro dosing allows the Azacca, El Dorado and Simcoe hops to shine.

Passion fruit and some cream. Green onion. Murky yellow pour with thick white head. Some orange peel. Tangy finish. Tap at brewery.

Very nice nitro foam on a clear yellow body, soft sweet hops on the nose. Flavour is nice sharp hops, good pine, soft fruit. Smooth nitro finish. Easy, floral, okay.

On nitro tap at Container, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Nose is non-hazy-like, with bitter piney hops, floral notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is smooth and bitter, with creamy piney hops, ample bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp and smooth but not particularly interesting. Meh.
