This sour is dry hopped with lemondrop hops and conditioned with lemon juice and lavender flowers. Fresh, zesty and floral, it is sure quenching!
This beer is named after the Lemon Slice planetary nebula, IC 3568. Discovered by the hubble space telescope and named by James Kaler for its resemblance to a cross section of a lemon.

Muddy yellow with little foam, there's strong lavender on the nose, soft lemon, sadly comes across like floor cleaner. Flavour is heavy lemony lavender, strongly acidic, overbearing really. Crisp carbonation but the floor cleaner aftertaste is too strong. Way too aggressive to be enjoyable.
