This is our flagship IPA beer which was conceived at every stage with food pairing in mind.
Fermented with our unique 3 yeast blend which provides the beer with a level of acidity that cuts through rich food and a complimentary pink grapefruit hop note from the Talus hops.
It is balanced with a dry finish and a low but moreish bitterness.
No other beer pairs with food quite like Wild IPA.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours lightly hazed golden orange with a thin white head. Aromas of light esters, citrus, white bread dough, melon. Taste is more of the same. Light bitter finish, faint spice linger.

Tap at In de Wildeman. Bit hazy golden with fluffy white head. Smelly Brett, sweaty, pineapple, orange, light malts, bready, soft straw. Light sweet and almost medium bitter. Just medium bodied. Decent lighter very drinkeable IPA.

Can. Nose is gentle funk, with a touch of sour, cherry, mango, light tropical. Taste is grapefruit juice, lime, hint of lemon, leading to a gentle funk, spicey, grain, brett with a herbal, woody hop finish. Better than I was expecting, and balances the tension between aging for brett and maintaining hop freshness well.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more fresh hoppy, mild sweetness. Notes of some sweets. More and more dry with a bitter background. Finish well balanced, still fresh-hoppy. Interesting.

This is a bit like a Saison-Brut IPA cross, mellow fruity nose with some funky yeast thing going on, pretty fizzy with a grapefruit bitterness, apple and grape notes and a touch of pepper too. Pours a cloudy gold with a frothy white head and sinks down smoothly, with a bit of a tingle on the tongue, and a variety of flavours to keep your tastebuds entertained
