Fermented with our unique 3 yeast blend which provides the beer with a level of acidity that cuts through rich food and a complimentary pink grapefruit hop note from the Talus hops.
It is balanced with a dry finish and a low but moreish bitterness.

44cl can. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, hay, pale malt and some brett. Taste of mild juicy hops, citrus, hay, floral hops, brett. Nice!

440ml can - Pours a hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, pineapple, orange and grapefruit, sweet malts and Brett. A moderately sweet and fruity taste, sweet malt, orange and grapefruit with a light spicy and mild bitterness.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed orange. Bubbly and sticky white head. Nose has notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Nicely twangy, overripe citrus twang. Clean malt. Taste is sweet and fruity. Some estery bitterness. Clean and refreshing on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Short fruity bitterness to finish. Nice one.

Pours unclear blonde/light amber. Medium sized, very stable, pillowy white head. Scent is hay, dry, funky, tad grassy, sharp, tad sweaty. Taste is full, fairly sweet, highly aromatic, green, dank, grassy, floral. Sourness is way milder than expected. A malty, floral finish with remaining hints of sweetness. sure, there's a minor tartness to it, but it's far from the main feature. I'd say the sweetness is the most pronounced flavor. Mild hay like aroma. I'm not to sure about this one, as it's got many aspects I dislike, yet kind of seems to work as a whole nevertheless. I didn't try it with food on this occasion, perhaps that makes the magic for this beer.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Slightly stale citric hops, brett, a bit floral, dry, bitterish finish.

440ml can at home. Pours very slightly hazy gold with a medium white head. Lovely nose of floral and fruity hops, bit of funk. Flavour is fruity hops, lovely mix of dank hops and funk from the yeast. Nice bright finish.

44cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium hazy, dark gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is nice and funky. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, with a little final sweetness.

440ml Can sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Gold appearance, with large white head. Nice fridge filler pale overall, some straw, grassy citrus, breezy hop notes but generally lacks the vibrant complexity associated with the term 'mixed ferm'. Not quite hoppy and strong enough to be an IPA either. But enjoyable for what it is.
