Strong and soft, alcohol brings warmth and roundness. The aromas of white fruits and acacia honey come from the finesse of the strieselspalt.

Bottle. Bright clear yellow color, small white head, fair retention. Aroma has a bit of acetone that clears, then sweet lemons and straw. Taste is slightly sour lemons and hay, maybe light spice. Decent and interesting tripel.

Modest head, foggy orange-bright brown body. Those French sure love to leave the floaters in their beer. Aroma is heavy on malt and dirty armpits, sugar. Taste is meaty and heavy, like a Christmas cake, coriander and sweetness, lots of maple syrup. Really great flavour on this triple.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with of alcohol, straw, malt, and some spices, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy blond color. Simple Triple, with some vegetables aroma and flavor, sweetish flavor, poor malt, low bitterness, and some alcohol impression; yeasty too. They can’t brew a high gravity beer.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours yellow with a slight haze and an off-white head. Aroma of yeast, alcohol and phenols. Solid body, lots of pale malts, fruity accents and yeast with some burning alcohol. Not a bad Tripel but not very sophisticated either. 100110
