Strong and soft, alcohol brings warmth and roundness. The aromas of white fruits and acacia honey come from the finesse of the strieselspalt.

It is a classical tripel. It is a nice one, powerful taste of malt, sugar, hop, the alcohol is well balanced. 22.08.2016, drinking iy probably at home, Lausanne, Prélaz.

On tap at La Robe & La Mousse. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy sweet grains and some date with a torch of fruits and bread supporting. Flavor has bread and light dates with a bit of flora and sweet grain backing.

Gushing to finally small, just off-white head, fed by fine if lively carbonation in veiled copperish beer with a mossy sheen. Rainwater, bananaester, bit of rosewater. Sweet and spicy-herbal. Hint of lavender retronasal, cucumber, and again some not-quite-ripe banana. Light body if slick. Good carbonation. 8% seems a bit high for the feel & taste. Oh well. New brewery, new tick. Txs to Stef!

Bouteille 75cl @ Niamey craft beer tasing, merci Michel. Reste correcte.

1/6/2019. Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, Paris, shared at the Krsko GP beer share. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, golden syrup, fruit, yeast and banana. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium to full bofu, slight oily and sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Good.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy gold amber colour lasting white head. Well it is a tripel. The sweet candied fruit of a tripel. Sweetish candied fruit aroma. Some good hop on the finish to be honest. Some pepper hop. I thought pretty good. I liked it..

Smell of yeast, straw. Like saison. Cloudy yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of yeast, some straw, raisins, alcohol, overripe fruit in finish. Too yeasty. Lively carbon. Sweet.
