Beer with a characteristic flavour which Polish consumers recognize with their eyes closed. It is characterized by an original flavour which combines malt and hops, beautiful, deep amber colour, and higher alcohol content (6.5%). Strong is so exceptional due to the unique composition of two malts: Pilsner malt, which provides the beery character, and toasted malt, which provides the unique, sweet after-taste and amber colour. Strong is a top-quality beer that for many years has been appreciated and enjoyed by the consumers.

ABV varies depending on the market from 6.3% up to 7.0%.

Typical cereal malty aromas, slightly honeyed bread, brown sugar and light esters.
The visual is amber and clear with an effervescent foam of medium size and not very persistent.
Sweet malt on the palate with esters in evidence.
Sweet corn, red fruit esters, honeyed malts.
Hops are floral and herbaceous.
The bitterness is medium-sweet and the finish is semi-dry.
A very sweet commercial lager and tastier than North American lagers.
Very moderately appreciated!

Can 0,5ltr: Clear amber colored brew with an smoothly sweet bitter taste, hints of caramel and something like ginger. Expected some more sweetier from this Polish heavy pils. Bought it at Kubus Markt, Bevrijdingsplein, Leiden.

Can from the premier convenience store on Rosemount, Aberdeen. It pours clear amber with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, intoxicating, doughy white bread, rich tea biscuit, cheap supermarket ambient cake, damp grass and wet leaf. The taste is fairly crisp, dryish, bitter - sweet, snappy, cheap sponge cake, rich tea biscuit, sugary, honeyed grain, pleasing pillowy booze, some rawness, grass and boiled cabbage with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. This is actually alright. Hides the Abv fairly well. Boost delivered for a reasonable price.

0,5 l can. Red golden in the glass, small one finger head. Toasted grainy aroma with chestnuts. Taste has also toasted grain and malt, sweet apple and cherry fruity background. Smooth. Low bitter hop. Soft carbonation. Not bad.

Warka Strong 6.3%

Bottle at home. Dark copper color, no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, lightly metallic, a little dusty grainy and decently bitter but also a sweetish corn hint. Hmm not bad. 6-7-7-8-7

Can, 6.3%. Mil caramel aroma. Clear copper colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is caramelly with a mild fruity and spicy hop. Quite watery for the ABV, but surprisingly clean.

Bottle, 6.5%. Faint sweetish malt aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. Slightly sweet flavour, has some raisin or perhaps port. Not extremely sweet or strong, actually. But not bad either.

Can. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of hops. Bitter flavour of hops with sweet notes of malt and yeast, touches of phenol, and a good deal of heavy metal. Bitter, metallic aftertaste with malty and estery notes. Well, mocne at its regular. Not my pint of beer.

Bottle. Pours a little hazy amber with negligible white head. Distinct aroma of malt and hop. Malty, boozy tastewith a note of spices. Decent but rather too strong for my taste.
