Dorada de escasa espuma y aroma cereal. En boca buen punto de gas y dabor malteado, fruto seco, cereal tostado, notas de madera. Final moderadamente amargo. Agradable.

Bottle from the Cromwell Road Sainsburys. Pours dark gold with a white head. Floral/grass aroma. Near med body. Flavor is floral/grass with some very slightly roasty malt. Finishes nicely better.

Golden color with a white head. Mild hoppy, toffee and some lemon in the aroma. medium body and an average carbonation. Tad sweet. Moderate fruity, some metal, caramel, mild lemon and herbal hoppy flavor. Nah not for me.

Bottle. Appearance - golden with a decent head which then quickly disappears. Nose - honey and lemon. Also possible butterscotch. Taste - honeyed cereal. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher. Overall - not worth a revisit.

500ml bottle from local shop. Clear golden colour, frothy white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt & caramel with some metallic notes. Taste is malty, toffee, with grassy, slightly metallic hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry grassy bitter finish. OK

Bottle @ Bedford Arms (jazz night!) standard golden brown with a bit of carbonation but almost no head. Slight aroma of caramel, metal and candy corn. Taste is a classic bittersweet, a bit bland but slips down nicely. Tickly carbs add to an otherwise weak mouthfeel. Not one of Charlie Wells’ more adventurous recipes.
