Can - turbid black - low carbonation - can tell this is the same base as the other dessert cart beers, as there are strong malt character similarities - creamy texture - really does taste like a s’more, but with balancing finishing acidity to keep it from getting cloying, giving the finish a bittersweet chocolate character - I like it.
Chocolate, fluffy from the marshmallow, Graham cracker Esq. Has a bit of a red wine flavor too. This has held up quite well from January, or even December 2021. Thanks NFB! Eagles and Vikings, as well as a few days with The Ghost.

473ml can. Black with the thinnest of dark brown heads, disappears almost immediately. Aroma of boozy chocolate, marshmallows. Taste is quite sweet, mountains of rich chocolate, marshmallows, some roastiness, warming booze. Full bodied, thick, smooth.

16oz can from Tavour. Black pour, almost flat. Marshmallow first in the aroma, slightly burnt, then chocolate, light graham around the edges. Taste is sweet, marshmallow and chocolate and some latent alcohol warmth. While the graham is lacking, I can almost feel the molten marshmallow burning the roof of my mouth.

473ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and chocolately dark malty aroma, notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, dark caramel, chocolate sauce, chocolate cookies, a touch of dark honey. Taste is sweet, caramel malty and chocolately, dakr malty, notes of chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, dark caramel, chocolate cookies, a touch of dark honey, subtle hints of coffee, Kahlúa, tiramisu. Viscous texture, smooth, soft, silky, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft, creamy carbonation. Sweet but still in balance, harmonious - very good.

Can from Beerdome. Black with a small brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel and marshmallows. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish. Oily and soft. A bit too artificial, but still a good beer. 010221

Can, 10.5%. Black with small dark brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, vanilla and coffee. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, vanilla, sweet, coffee, little liquorice, warming and a little bitter.
Fairly thin body. Roasty, milk chocolate, creamy, a bit sweet. Pretty light, the smoky roastiness tramples a bit over the other flavors, not very balanced. Nice.
