La Simon triple est une bière spéciale aux trois céréales : orge, froment et avoine. Aromatisée aux écorces d’orange et à la coriandre, ces épices lui donnent une certaine fraîcheur pour harmoniser avec un degré d’alcool s’élevant à 7%. Non-filtrée et certifiée d’origine biologique, le froment et l’avoine proviennent d’un agriculteur à deux pas de la brasserie (ferme Fischbach à Enscherange, nord luxembourgeois).

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mid sweet and semi strong pale malt, some yellow fruits, hints of belgian yeast and herbs. Taste of mild dry herbal malts, pale malt, hints of belgian yeast, some yellow fruits.

Smooth mild beginning. Very soft and mild. Sweetish Belgium yeast - cake and biscuits. Hints of grain on the body, very easy to drink with a nice and round body. Soft and mild, very smooth with a sweetish cake finish. Nice brew!
