nutmeg, cinnamon spiced nose very malty semi sweet. Big carbonation, too much for the style, alcohol is well hidden. Pretty smooth but carbonation is too much.

2019 bottle, a week before Xmas 2020. Deep brown colour, mostly clearing, and a beige head with retention until the end. Aroma's: sweet, spices (notably cinnamon, speculaas), candy, red fruity. Spices even more noticable retronasal. Flavour is moderat sweet, spices. Strong alcohol feel, medium bodied. Long finish, slightly dry.

This is sparkling. Such a fantastic beer for this time of year.
