Canned 11/4/21, drunk 12/26/21. Turbid pink guava/passion fruit, no head. So juicy and authentic with rich, lovely passion fruit and very light lactic acid behind it. Light and tart with intensely juicy passion fruit and light lemon and lactic acidity. Soft and yet tightly carbonated with a good wheat slickness. Excellent, excellent stuff with nothing weird going on nor any lack of body due to the lack of alcohol. Definitely more of a kombucha, but I'm rating on a graduated scale here vs other NA beers.

Pours very puree-style unclear, amber/muddy/orange. Medium sized, peach colored head stats very stable. Scent is passion fruit, soapy, fairly intense, but not as natural as hoped. Taste is reasonable tart (simple lactic acid ) , nice passion fruit aroma. Feels light, but I don't miss the alcohol. It's very puree-forward, though. Medium body ( feels creamy, actually) and lower carbo. Overall, a pretty decent drink i'm happy to have bought a second of. Is it truly a good alternative for beer ? That depends if you call these heavy fruit puree sours a true beer. It's at least a more than decent alternative to those !
