The Yule Mead is made with caramelised honey. This makes for caramel notes in taste and aroma, but also hints of lightly toasted marshmallow. This mead is aged on dried figs, dates, raisins, apricots, cinamon, cloves, and allspice.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 3 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3
Bottle 77/150. Deep golden colour. Aroma is medicinal and like a Lush soap shop two days before Xmas. Spicy, sweet, medicinal, sickly. Aftertaste is also similarly awful. Didn't notice this was winter spiced when I parted with my money :-(
