South Germany inspired light and refreshing blonde Helles beer.
Santa Clara es una lager inspirada en las icónicas Helles-bier del sur de Alemania. Auténtica al estilo, es limpia y de color amarillo pajizo. Muestra una estructura de maltas clásicas que aportan un dulzor que recuerda a las pipas de girasol acompañado de lúpulos nobles Tettnanger con toques florales y un sutil amargor a hierba fresca. La cerveza más querida por nuestros cerveceros coge su nombre de la isla Santa Clara en la Bahía de la Concha, en San Sebastián.

Clear pale light gold beer, creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive, falls down pretty quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little sourish impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, grains, hoppy, a bit malty, some citrus, grassy touch. Aftertaste: good bitterness, malty touch, very refreshing, hoppy, grassy finish, nice stuff, thist quenching, little sweet, fruity.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 4A). Can 44 cl - Batch LOT 234317 (BB: 12/24). AROMA: medium grainy-sweet malt aroma with low herbaceous hop notes. slight sulphur. APPEARANCE: cristal clear pale yellow color. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low malty-grainy flavor with slight sweetness. faint herbaceous hop note. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry and somewhat bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: meidum-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice munich helles-type beer, with balance towards bitterness.

En vaso helles, color amarillo claro, brillante, espuma blanca y resistente. Suave aroma a malta y cereal, con un leve toque de lúpulo herbal. En boca es de cuerpo ligero, moderadamente dulce, final ligeramente amargo. Notas de pan, heno, ligeros toques cítricos...Muy refrescante, bebible, jugosa. Muy rica

Can from Bodecall, Malaga. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, hops and has a sweet malty finish.

Helder levendig goudgeel bier met schuim wat helaas niet lang blijft staan. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fruitig met iets van graan en wat citrus. Heel goed.

Strasbourg Craft Beer Fest. Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grainy malt, straw. Taste of fresh grainy pale malt, straw, cereals, easy to drink.

On tap at Basqueland Izakaia. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has lots of straw and some sweet grains with a bit of biscuit underlying. Flavor has biscuit and straw with a slight bread note underlying.
