Dark, veiled cola-coloured beer with a huge, dwindling brownish yellow head. Perfumey nose, dark candi sugar, melanoidin-rich malts, faintly sweet. No cinnamon in the nose, but for a very vague cola-aroma. Dry, woody flavour, dark malt dominated. Cinnamon once more limited to a vague reminiscence of cola. Dark bread. Warming up, the cinnamon finally reaches identification treshold... more or less. Feels rather well-bodied, probably more than in reality. Good carbonation, very slick. If it weren't for the hazy, this might be held for homemade cola. And to deepen the mystery, the ingredients' list has no mentionning of cinnamon whatsoever.
