Very tart. Big Alexander’s aroma and taste. Yes, this is a joke. Fruity. Initial lemon then the weirdness. Maybe almost something spicy. Really interesting!

75cl bottle from the brewery. Appearance - hazy yellow to brown. Snow white head. Nose - apples, pears and floral. Sour underlay. Taste - sour up front then herbs and eventually leaning into citrus and orchard fruit. Palate - light bodied but very persistent and long. Sour tang on the finish. Overall - very nice.
