Very very dry. Lovely fruitiness. Tart and can get a bit of cheesiness. Very nice! So dry.

15/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is juicy apple, lightly funky, leather, wood. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, gently carbonated.

750ml bottle. 2021 release 7%. Hazy golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of funky juicy apple. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, leathery funk, orchardy, woody, with mellow tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Säuerlicher, etwas trockener Beginn. Rund apfelig, minimal herb, süffig. Konstant säuerlich, mittellanger Abgang, hohe Süffigkeit. Gut. 10/10/9/10/11/10

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. 7.3%. Hazy pale golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates to a thin layer, and aroma of fruity apple, funk, tangy. Taste is mellow, apple, fruity, zesty, fleshy, slightly tart with woody funk, some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Very drinkable.
