Frothy, whipped eggwhite like head, stable, over micro-UFO laden, hazy orange amber beer. Dry nose, but at the same time smelling syrupy as an orange liqueur as Grand Marnier. Oxydized hops, rosewater. Sweet, syrupy, orangepeel, orangeliqueur - Grand Marnier or Mandarine Napoléon. Bit nutty and clearly whisky retronasal. Gets bitter almondy in the finish. Very alcohol heated, slick and oily. Good carbonation. Flavours are not really integrated, unbalanced. The huge alcohol seems to have stopped the fermentation. Thanks to Stef!
