Generally a fan of White Pony offerings, I obtained this 330 ml bottle of Please Die from a friendly Belgian seller. I prefer my quads straight up but here we go this time with a significant number of a additions. Pouring into my Chimay glass there is a dark cola-caramel body finished with a slender top of eggshell brown foam. The nose is dark fruit and a hint of smokiness. I take a full drink, hmm, interesting. A bit of figs, a bit of stewed plums, smoke and a fair amount of heat at the end. I feared the peppers would be overwhelming, not the case. Fairly thick feeling, no chance of the ABV showing itself, too much else going on. Glad to acquire and have a taste, doubtful I will seek again. But I would like to know the story behind the name.
