Beautiful clear metallic red beer under shards of an off-white head. Perfumey, preserved orange, pastry syrup and something weirdly... cheesy! Allright, the Amarone? Over-time yoghurt, red fruit yoghurt going bad... Medium bodied, somehow abnormal thinny. And I don't believe the claimed 11%. This is truly awful, what is wrong with this cuckoo brewery?
