Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy amber color. Dusty and vegetable aroma, dusty. Sweetish chocolate flavor, dusty, flawed again by the vegetables, very strong, and some yeast. Close to undrinkability.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, some spices, and vinegar, leading to a dry lighlty acidic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
