Bottle at Quai West, Quiberon, Brittany, France, Monday 12th June 2017 Pours amber in colour with a few bubbles a touch flat and heavy on the caramel. It’s a bit chewy and sweet and unexciting. A5 A3 T5 P3 Ov10 2.6

Bottle from Cave a Bulles, Paris. Poured a copperish amber body. Off white head, kickass malty sweet fruity nose, some fresh plums and chocolate maybe, just maybe. The taste remains on the same level. Sweet fruity maltiness, soft and balanced, nothing too annoying. Honey in the finish. Superb stuff, guess they tweaked it a lot.

Foggy amber colour, lots of pillowy head on top. Aroma is rye bread, barley, caramel. Taste is smooth, lots of malts, slight spicy ending. I quite liked this one.
