330ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish to orange, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty and fruity, minimally floral and herbal, hoppy, as well as yeasty spicy aroma, notes of pear, apple, a touch of tangerine, dill, chamomile, brine. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty, fruity, slightly grassy and minimally floral and herbal, hoppy, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of pear, apple, a touch of brine, overtones of dill, chamomile, white pepper. Minimally oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, quite some complexity, thereby absolutely drinkable - delectable.

bottle. Halvány arany, kicsit opálos. Kitöltéskor fehér hab, egy fél ujjnyi végig megmarad. Visszafogottan, gyógyfüvesen komlós illat, annyira nem érződik a belga ale-ek édeskés alap illata, de a háttérben megvan. ( A cimke szép ).
***
Pale gold, slightly opalescent. White foam when pouring, half a finger of it remains throughout. Restrained, herbal hop aroma, the sweet basic aroma of Belgian ales is not so noticeable, but it is there in the background. (The label is nice). Sparklingly carbonated. The whole beer is reminiscent of champagne, a champagne made from more fragrant grapes. I don't like it that much, I would prefer it with less carbonation. Anyway, it is interesting and special. Really like a hopped champagne. It could also be stored and matured for a year and then it would be even better. Of course, that doesn't mean it was bad.
