Bavaria IPA is een verrassend hoppig bier met stevige bittere afdronk. Tijdens verschillende stappen in het brouwproces wordt Mosaic, Azacca en Columbus hop gedoseerd aan het bier. Deze aromatische hopsoorten uit de US zijn speciaal voor dit bier geselecteerd. In de geur en smaak zijn tropisch fruit en citrus duidelijk herkenbaar.

Barwa złota, niemal klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie słodowe, brzeczkowe, lekko trawiaste. W smaku dość wytrawne, słodowe. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało wodniste. Słabo raczej.

Clear pale amber colour, good frothy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Rather artificial aroma, sweet malt, canned orange, canned peach, fruit candy. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, orange. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, considerable more bitterness than in taste, grapefruit, orange peel, not really a bad beer but disappointing as an IPA.
