great foamy head, marvellous dark golden colour; sour, fruity fragrance; alcoholic sweetness with somesour taste; taste of alcohol is a bit too dominant and unballanced.

fruitig fris aroma met iets van bloemen. smaak licht pittig, lichtbitter, zoet, kruidig, lichte body. zachte nasmaak welke vlot wegtrekt, voor een biertje met 8% zou deze wel een complexere body mogen hebben.

Catch up rating from notes; 2012: 375 ml Bottle from Cora. Pours out a dark amber/ruby color, foamy head which dissipates quickly.Aroma is malty and fruity, plums, raisins, and Belgian yeast, Taste matches the aroma, big and full and heady, not too boozy, but warm.

At Kloster (Madrid). Reddish colour with a white head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is slightly bready and sweet. Flavour has notes of plumbcake, belgian yeasty, candy sugar and a sweet final with a decent duration. Carbonation and body is medium.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber reddish color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty yeasty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty yeasty toasted caramel finish.
