A good looking beer that doesn’t quite deliver on the taste. Heavily sedimented, the final swirl clouded the weizen to a murky tan/brown with very active carbonation. The creamy head faded to one finger and left minimal lacing on the glass. While beautiful to look at, the taste is nothing but ordinary. Just faint traces of the normal banana/bubble gum. decent but not a 4-star. ALso noted that this is certifie "Bio" in Germany, meaning it is organic.

50cl bottle from the Hague. Decent white head. Clear golden pour. Not cloudy at all. Nice refreshing weizen

Bottle (labelled Weissbier Helles Hefeweizen (Bioland)). Strong banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy amber yellow with large head. Slightly sweet banana, clove and light wheat malt flavor. Body on the light side. Nice beer - would be spectacular with a more malt flavor.

Hefig-süßer Antrunk, der durch herbe Noten gelungen ergänzt wird. Wenig bananig, dafür konsequent und permanent als Hintergrundaroma. Mit der Zeit kommt wird das Bier auf Malzbasis würziger, auch die Hefigkeit steigt. Süffig, angenehm bananig, einfach rund – ein stimmiges, gut trinkbares Weizen. 10/10/11/11/11/11
