(Can) Pours black with a good tan head. Nice aroma - coffee, nuts and chocolate. Medium body and carbonation. Taste is a bit thin at the start but develops some good chocolate, caramel and coffee towards the finish. Very drinkable.

Aromas of chocolate and a hint of chocolate, plus a tiny bit of citrus. The mouthfeel is a little anemic, and the coffee comes through more strongly. Not loving it.

330ml bottle into shaker. Dark brown beer with thin tan-coloured head. Luscious dark chocolate nose. Silky smooth texture. Finish is more chocolate with slight fruity bitterness to balance. Really nice beer (in one of my least favourite styles).

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey & Raphaela’s place. Thanks Alexey. Dark brown to black. Lots of chocolate, cocoa, some roast, sweetish, sourish hint, bitterish finish, medium-bodied. Decent.

Bottled@The Hobbit Tasting. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is chocolate, some ripe fruits, mild roasted and ashy notes with some slight liquorice too. Flavour is roasted and ashy with some ripe fruits, mild wood as well as some slight toasted notes.

Bottle 330ml @Beer Hunters
Opaque black color, small beige head. Dry tobacco ash, vegetables in the nose. Light to medium bodied. Tobacco, some wood, light notes of vegetables. Too ashy for my liking.
