33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small tan head. Aroma is spiced and fruity to floral. Perfumed, dry malty and slight spiced. Dry and herbal on the back of the tongue and nose.Bitter too.

Bottle 34,1 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear nutty brown with an off-white head - comes gushing. Heavy roast with a smoky note in the nose. Medium body, heavy roast and licorice, solid malt bitterness. Pleasant in spite of the gushing. 250711

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, wood, tobacco, alcohol, and soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish.
