Amber colour and brilliantly bright. Light effervesce, but nevertheless nice lacing foam. Scent mildly sweet, with hints of caramel and a hoppy aroma. Easy to drink beer. The rather short aftertaste has a nice bitterness.

Draft @ Delirium.

Bottle @ home, shared with DutchDrebus. Dark golden light amber color. Not really a distinctive smell or taste. Pretty standard pilsener-like in my opinion.

It’s an okay beer. Didn’t score really well. Colour and smell are fine, lacks a bit in taste though.

23/03/2011 - 25cl bottle @ home - BB: DEC/2011 (2011-117)

Clear amber to orange beer, white head, pretty stable and adhesive. Aroma: malt, little sugar, bready although no yeast present in bottle, some non sweet caramel. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: little sweetened malts up front, then hops, some citrus fruits. Aftertaste: more hops, grapefruits, nice dry ending. Pretty good blond, or whatever it's supposed to represent. Note: it's nothing at all like the Artevelde I had from tap at the ZBF festival. There the beer was more reddish and had a crisp tart note, which I loved, and is missing in this one. Too bad.

Nearly black with a thin tan head that doesn’t last. Scant lacing. Phenolic start. Aroma of sour grapes. No pun intended. Roasted malts dominate, with some dark fruits in the background. Definite lacto here. Thin body. Not sure about this one. Would have to try it again before recommending.

Bottle, 5.7%. The aroma has alcohol, rough hops, caramel. Hazy orange colour. Small and unstable white head. The flavour is dominated by a rough hoppiness, turning more mellow, malty and alcoholic as it warms.
