Amber colour and brilliantly bright. Light effervesce, but nevertheless nice lacing foam. Scent mildly sweet, with hints of caramel and a hoppy aroma. Easy to drink beer. The rather short aftertaste has a nice bitterness.

Bottle: Poured a murky bubbly brown amber color with a thin creamy head. Aroma was spicy sweet almost veggy like fruit. Flavor is a sweet rich malt with a dry fruit finish.

Bottled (5.7%). Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is strongly berryish at first, while pouring. After it has been in glass for a while it turns more fruity, mostly citrus fruit. Flavour is creamy of raisins, apricots, dry fruits and slight alcohol. Also a bit ryebread mixed with white bread in the finish. A quite different brew, but nothing I would drink a lot of in one day. Rich carbonation hits you with an upcoming burp attack.

Test vom 15.6.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 4,4,4,3,9,4 - 4,10

Bottled 25 cl, alc. 5.7% (BB 05/2007)
Clear amber color, big bubbles, small head. Strong nose of cowberries, apricot and grape, slightly metallic. Hard mouthfeel. Slightly sweet and alcoholic. Fruity (apricot and banana) with some ryeish notes. Interesting, not great, but drinkable as such.

An amber beer with yeast floating around in it, and a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and reminds me of raspberries, the flavor is also sweet with notes of berries - again raspberries comes to mind. The body is thin inspite of the 5.7% ABV.

(Bottle 25 cl) My version was only 5,7% ABV. Amber coloured with a pretty, full head. Appears watery at the first sip, but very soon you feel an almost smoked dryness in your mouth. Light in body and very easy to drink - and to drink a lot of. Lovely hoppy nose. A pleasant beer indeed. 200997

Amber, crystal-clear. White firm head. Nose of hopflowers, malty and a fine arome reminiscent of wet hay. Taste quite malty again, with flavours of cheesrind, and bitter surrounding. Medium-bodied. Quite OK, better as expected, as this beer is diacetylprone.
