The beer is made from a blend of East Anglian malted barley, Boadicea and First Gold hops and high grade malted wheat which is then filtered to allow the aromas and flavours within the beer to remain. Spindrift is top-fermented and it should be served chilled with a thick, continental-style head. (Contains barley & wheat).

Bottle, 5.0%. OK caramelly and sweetish aroma. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly with a mild hop bite. Has a little bread in the finish, but not too bad.
