Bottle courtesy of Luke, thank younsir! Cloudy chestnut color, scant large bubble head. Aroma of slightly funky and peppery caramel. Taste is sweet potato pie, caramel, black pepper. Nice. The brett needs more time in this particular bottle, I’d like to lay a bottle down.

Location: Bottle at Max and Andy's Fantasy Tasting, 5/1/10

Aroma: Good amount of brett on the nose (not a surprise) with some earth, vegetation, spice, and caramel
Appearance: Poured a cloudy brown color with a white head
Flavor: The taste is also malty, with some funk, earth, and spice, much like the nose
Palate: The carbonation is rather high, with a medium body, and a mostly clean feel
Overall Impression: Really cool that I got to try this beer. This one was really rather weird. About a year old, and that time was probably a good thing. Wow. I can't think of a better description then strange...
