Bottle from Oto Market in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is bready with the barest hint of noble hop. Med body. Flavor is virtually non-existent - light bread and a suggestion of herb/earth hop with it being more bitter/dry than malty. But that’s not saying a lot. I’m done.

(can) Clear pale gold with decent white head. Reasonable aroma with grassy hops. Light body, well carbonated. The taste really lets it down though: it is thin and rather sour although has some pleasant, but very subtle, hop notes. Overall, if desperate, it is drinkable.

0.5l can. After one of the longest working-days of my life it's finally time to pop a well earned Golden Lager before I go to bed. This one is clear as clear can get, golden and it has a thin quickly fading and sidesticking white head. The aroma is mild with notes of fruity yeast, malts and some thin caramel hints. Smells quite alright, but I guess any beer would do that just about now.. Quite a lot of caramel flavors in this one. It's also sweetish and malty but also a hint of fruity yeast here as well. Ends quick and perhaps a bit dryish. A well earned Korean lager that actually tasted quite alright!

Has that foamy head, but with slightly more staying power than the Chinese beers - at least the Koreans are learning! Aroma is lemon and a slight hint of malt. Flavour is sweet cardboard with a caramel finish. Better than bad, worse than good.

Can, on an Asiana flight. Straw colour and fine carbonation. Thin head. The aroma is mostly grainy with appley sourness. Slight malt accent, with a hint of fruity hop late. Pretty sweet overall, though.
