Purchased at Wilbur's Total Beverage.
Nice medium gold in colour with a 2 finger head of foam and there's some good lacing. Head retention is very good!
The nose has a nice hoppy(grass, touch of grapefruit) aroma with a bit of maltiness in the background, and after it warmed up some, I notice some fruity notes as well.
The taste starts off nice with an earthy hop bitterness but then the malty sweetness comes into play and I find myself drinking a very nicely balanced Pale Ale. And...this tastes fresh! Dang. Medium mouthfeel here, the carbonation is light but right, and it finishes on the slightly malty side. Oh, and I find that it's very drinkable. I could easily put away a few of these at 1 sitting.
I wish I had picked up more than 1 bottle of this but with UK beers, especially the ones that are light on the alcohol, you just never know what you're going to end up with. In my book, this is a winner.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ocado. Pours clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. The aroma has crispy biscuits, light grass, melon, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with some pale grains, mild grassy bitterness, more biscuits, pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with more grassy hops, lemon rind, hay, dry pale malts. Nice easygoing golde.

Ambar, ligeramente turbia.
