A beautiful light ruby ale, highly drinkable with a refreshing bitterness and an exciting citrus floral hop character from a late hopping of Cascade. Also has Columbus.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, nutty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 291213

Bottle. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop, toasted and nuts. Flavour is malt, caramel, little toasted, nut, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange to amber with a small off white head. Aroma is nutty, toasted and caramelish. Smooth roasted and caramelish to nutty. Bitter and roasted lingering malty finish.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are grass, caramel, malt, fruits, nuts and hops. Nice and dry.

Bottle from Cornelius. Clear amber body with a thin white head that slowly fades. Average carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of tinned oranges, metal and lightly roasted malt. Flavour of tea, grass, citrus hops and a faint hint of nuts. Thin to medium body with a very oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. A decent Bitter with more of a hop edge than most.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Amber colour, small fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and dark fruits. Flavour is of caramel malts, fruits and citric hops. Bitter finish.
