Our brewers selected flavour packed, slow kilned ale malt, caramalt and biscuity malted wheat to craft a malt backbone which is then beautifully complemented by a heady hop aroma of zesty lemon and orange citrus. This golden ale finishes refreshing and moreish.
Hops: First Gold, Cascade, Fuggles, Citra, Centennial
Malt: Pale ale, Caramalt, Wheat

0.5l bottle. This one pours a clear golden-orange body with a nice light fluffy and lasting white head. Aroma is mild and kinda fruity-sweet with some nice distinct hops and hints of caramel. Not that bad actually. It's somewhat light-bodied, has a light oily mouthfeeling and average carbonation. Tastes quite bitter, floral and hopy. Perhaps a bit to pungent-hopy. Hints of nuts in the dry finish and it has a long lasting bitter aftertaste.

(Bottle, Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, grass, peaches and fresh floral hops. Fruity taste with citrus, apricots, grainy malt and fresh floral hops in the finish. Balanced body, fairly dry, with balanced sweetness. Not really exceptional, but nice and refreshing.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a light haze and a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral cereal with light dry hops is mildly enjoyable. Taste is refreshing and easily quaffable with notes of cereal with light residual sweetness and some floral undertones. Body is slightly more full then average with good carbonation. Limited character but refreshing notes makes this an enjoyable session beer.

Bottle:Golden, a bit unclear, no carbonation visible; moderate fruity and lemony-hoppy nose, juicy malt underneath; pretty light bodied, moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour; lingering dry lemony-bitter finish. Not bad........
