Pours a murky amber/copper with a frothy white head. Aroma of herbs, especially ginger. Flavour is ginger and cloying sweetness. Carbonation is way too high. Reminds me of a cheap soft drink.

Bottle. Amber color. Ginger and plums in the aroma. Smells like a cheap Chinese takeaway. Malty sweet flavor with plums, peach and ginger. Yeasty notes in the aftertaste.

33cl bottle from the brewery. Thick creamy white head. Hazy golden blond pour. A bit fruity in the aftertaste

Contacted the brewer for some information. Iβll try to translate it correct. He said is a high fermented lager (in Dutch: pils) with 5 ABV. Itβs not a regular brew, they make it occasionally. βGoudβ means Gold. Color is indeed gold. In the smell I find herbs, especially rosemary, also very present in the taste. Carbs are ok for a beer of 5% ABV.
