(750ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Most violently gushing bottle of my life so far, at least a 3rd detonated over my parents' kitchen counter and gave a dash of cider to a couple of the dishes being served. Poured very hazy medium yellow with a small head from remaining carb. Notes of crushed apple flesh, some lightly tannic skin, dash of pear, sulfur, a little wet earth, accents of dried leaves, quite dry overall with a bone dry slightly dusty and mineral finish. Light to medium bodied, slick, with very soft remaining carbonation. Nice flavours with what made it to the glass but obviously the carbonation was a little off on this one.
