Sampled from the tap at Winter Dabbler. Pours a deep brown with dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of roasetd malts, dark grains and a bit of earthy chocolate. Flavor is similar with roasted malts and dark grains as well as a bit of chocolate.

Bottle. Roasty coffee chocolate aroma - like walking into a coffee shop. Near black with a large dark tan head, nice lacing. Roasty coffee, chocolate, bright acidity, light ash flavor. Medium smooth body, moderate carbonation, slightly dry finish.

35cl bottle from a friend. Thick creamy off-white head. Deep amber pour. Pretty nice but could do with being more chocolatey

Bottle thanks to Rando7. Pours black with tan head. Nose is very strong roasted barley, malts and chocolate. Taste is roasted oats, which reminded me of New Glarus Fat Squirrel, mixed with a very sweet licorice and chocolate finish.
