Keg at Captain Cooks, Östersund. An inoffensive Keller that had a deep golden appearance and a bready sweet ending.

Pours a hazy deep amber (almost brown) body and a rocky off white head with little retention. Aroma's of caramel, bready malts, a bit of fruit. Retronasal follows this. Flavour is light sweet with a touch of fruity sourness. Light bodied. Firm carbonation (too much for a Kellerbier, but it doesn't bother me). Light bitter finish. Pleasant enough.

0.5l swing top bottle at Grund Budapest. Slightly opaque amber body with a lasting off-white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, floral hops, grains, doughy yeast and some earthy notes. It has a bit thicker than average body, but it's still very easy to drink. Nice kellerbier for sure.

Dark amber colour, cloudy, rocky head that stays for a while. Aroma is dark bread. Light bitterness. Soft carbonation, medium body. Not bad, but a bit boring.

0,5 l swing top bottle. Cloudy flat amber in the glass, small one finger fast fading head. Low malty fruity smell. Taste starts malty, caramel, fruity background, little bit toasted. Some straw in zhe second part, pale grain. Mid bitterness. Okay.

Bottle at home, 12th December 2021. Pours an amber slightly cloudy beer, big frothy white head. Aroma is malty, yeast, caramel, burnt sugar. Taste is caramel, yeasty, toasted malts. Good depth to it and a nice drink
